Update your voicemail greeting from your VoIP phone:
- Press the voicemail key.
- Enter your voicemail passcode and press the pound key (#).
- Press 1 to access your voice portal.
- Follow the prompts to record your No-Answer Greeting.
Update your voicemail greeting from another phone:
- Dial your 10-digit number.
- When you hear your voicemail message, press the star (*) key.
- Enter your voicemail passcode and press the pound (#) key.
- Press 1 to access your voice portal.
- Follow the prompts to record your No-Answer Greeting.
Update a group voicemail or a different mailbox from your VoIP phone:
- Press the voicemail key.
- When you hear the operator, press the star key (*).
- Enter the extension or mailbox number and press the pound key (#).
- Enter the voicemail passcode and press the pound key (#).
- Follow the prompts to record your No-Answer Greeting.
