Update your Auto Attendant Schedule for Holiday Hours

Use the Admin Portal to update the Auto Attendant schedule for your holiday hours. This information is for C Spire Business customers on the Broadsoft platform.

  • Sign in to your Admin Portal.
  • If you have multiple locations, select the location to update from your dashboard.
  • From the group dashboard, under Management, select Business Schedules.
  • From the list of schedules, select your Holiday Schedule.
  • To add a new holiday, press the plus sign (+) in the upper-right corner of the box.
  • Name your holiday, choose your date(s) and time(s). If it's an all-day event, select the box labeled All-Day Event.
  • Click Save.
