Webex Customers: Update your Auto Attendant Schedule for Holiday Hours

Use Webex Control Hub to update the Auto Attendant schedule for your holiday hours.

  • Sign in to Control Hub.
  • Navigate to Locations on the left-hand menu.
  • Choose the location of the schedule you want to edit.
  • Select the Calling tab at the top of the page.
  • Select Schedules under Calling Features Settings.
  • Hover your mouse over the holiday schedule and click on the pencil to the right.
  • Click Add.
  • Add the name, date(s) and time(s) of your holiday closing. Toggle on All Day if you'll be closed for the entire day.
  • Click Save.
