- From your VoIP phone, dial 9999.
- Press Send/Dial.
- Press the star key (*) when you hear the operator.
- Dial 9999 as the mailbox ID, then press the pound key (#).
- Dial the passcode 0000, then press the pound key (#).
- Press 1 to record the Auto Attendant greeting.
- Follow the prompts to record an after-hours or holiday greeting.
If you have multiple Auto Attendants, you'll be prompted to enter the extension of the Auto Attendant you want to modify.
