- Sign in to Control Hub.
- Navigate to Calling on the left-hand menu.
- Navigate to the Features tab at the top of the screen.
- Under Auto Attendant, click Manage.
- Select Auto Attendant.
- Click on the greeting you want to update (After Hours).
- Make sure Custom Greeting is selected and choose the box that reads Select Greeting.
- At the top of the screen, you'll see Announcement Files, Upload and Record.
- Click on Upload.
- At this point, you’ll be able to upload an audio file. It must be saved as a .wav file with the following attributes: μ-Law, 8000 Hz, 64 kbps, mono.
- Name your recording under Label, and then click Select File.
- Click Save to update your greeting.
