Webex Customers: Record an Auto Attendant Greeting from your VoIP phone

• From your VoIP phone, dial 9999.
• Press Send/Dial.
• Press the star key (*) when you hear the operator.
• Press 9999 as the mailbox ID, then press the pound key (#).
• Dial the passcode 112468, then press the pound key (#).
• Press 1 to record the Auto Attendant greeting.
• Follow the prompts to record an after-hours or holiday greeting.

If you have multiple Auto Attendants, you'll be prompted to enter the extension of the Auto Attendant you want to modify.
