You’ll need to verify a few things to get up to $650 for switching to C Spire. A copy of the last bill from your old wireless carrier should include any device installment plan charges and early termination fees, as well as your account name and address.

To get the up to $650 credit, we’ll need to get the last bill from your old carrier within 90 days of purchase, so be sure to send it as soon as you can.

You’ll need to be with C Spire for at least 45 days to get credit. You’ll see the bill credit start within 45-60 days of submitting the Previous Carrier Payoff Form and the last bill from your old carrier.

We’ll base your one-time bill credit on your carrier, their device installment plan charges and early termination fees, with a maximum credit of $650. Be sure to choose an eligible Unlimited plan to get credit.

You’ll see the credit as an adjustment on the first and second pages of your bill. We’ll apply the one-time credit to your account that will be applied to your bill until it runs out.

You can choose any of our current Unlimited plans, including Everybody Deal All-In, Everybody Deal Plus, Everybody Deal, Unlimited with CashBack, Real Deal Unlimited and Business Unlimited. Prepaid plans aren’t eligible for this offer.

Just choose an eligible Unlimited plan and bring your phone number. Then, fill out the Previous Carrier Payoff Form and email it to promocredit@cspire.com along with the last bill from your old carrier. See our How It Works section on this page for the form download link.
