The Connect & Protect Plan includes talk, text and the following features. For Apple devices: Apple and Google location services, iMessage, FaceTime, and Family Sharing data. For Android devices: Samsung and Google location services and Bark Jr. parental controls data. You’ll also have access to parental controls with easy, guided setup to restrict content, limit screen time, and help keep your kid safer on their device.

Connect & Protect Plan restricts access to apps, browsers and streaming video on C Spire’s cellular network, but those can still be accessed on WiFi and media-sharing services like AirDrop. Yep. With C Spire, you can get Apple Watch for your kid as a standalone device. Note that a parent or guardian will need an iPhone to activate their Watch, though. Check out our Apple Watch deals or get started with our parental controls setup guide. Watches not available on Prepaid service plans.

Of course. You can bring your own device to the C Spire network for your kid to use, or upgrade to a new device and give them your current one. See if your device is compatible to get started.

You’re using another carrier’s cellular network when traveling abroad, so we can’t lock down their network the same way we do our own. Bark Jr. also won’t work abroad, but the protections you enabled with Apple Family Share will continue to work on Wi-Fi internationally.
