Why do you need the last bill from my old wireless carrier?
You’ll get up to $1,000 per line for switching to C Spire based on the device installment plan charges and early termination fees from your old wireless carrier. These will be included on the last bill they send you, as well as your account name and address for verification.
When do I need to send in the last bill from my old wireless carrier?
To get the up to $1,000 credit per line, you’ll need to email the last bill from your old carrier and the Previous Carrier Payoff Form to [email protected] within 90 days of purchase. Be sure to send these as soon as possible so you can get your credit. See “How It Works” above for the form download.
If I leave C Spire, will I lose my bill credit?
You’ll need to be with C Spire for at least 45 days to get your bill credit. You’ll see the bill credit start within 45-60 days of sending the Previous Carrier Payoff Form and the last bill from your old carrier to [email protected].
How much credit will I get for switching to C Spire?
We’ll base your one-time bill credit on the device installment plan charges and early termination fees from your old carrier, with a maximum credit of $1,000 per line. Be sure to choose an eligible Unlimited plan to get your credit.
What will the credit look like on my bill?
You’ll see the credit as an adjustment on the first and second pages of your bill. We’ll apply the one-time credit to your account, which will go toward your bills until the credit is used up.
Which plans are eligible for the switch credit?
You can get up to $1,000 per line to help you switch to any of our current Unlimited plans, including Ultimate Connect, Essential Connect, Everybody Deal All-In, Everybody Deal Plus, Everybody Deal, Unlimited with CashBack, Real Deal Unlimited, Connect & Protect Advanced, and Business Unlimited. Prepaid plans aren’t eligible for this offer.
Are there any restrictions for getting my bill credit?
Be sure to choose an eligible Unlimited plan and bring your phone number. Then, fill out the Previous Carrier Payoff Form and email it to [email protected] along with the last bill from your old carrier within 90 days.
Will you disconnect my service for me when I switch?
Absolutely. We’ll disconnect you from your old carrier when we move your phone number to C Spire, just to make switching even easier.
When can I expect my credit to show up?
You’ll see the one-time bill credit applied to your account within 45-60 days of sending us your Previous Carrier Payoff Form and the last bill from your old wireless carrier to [email protected].
How many lines on my account can get the switch credit?
You can get the up to $1,000 bill credit for as many lines as you need.
Is my old device eligible for the switch credit?
You can get up to $1,000 per line to help pay off any installment plans and early termination fees for phones and phone lines from your old carrier. Watches, tablets and data cards aren't eligible for this offer.
