You’ll get up to $1,000 per line for switching to C Spire based on the device installment plan charges and early termination fees from your old wireless carrier. These will be included on the last bill they send you, as well as your account name and address for verification.
To get the up to $1,000 credit per line, you’ll need to email the last bill from your old carrier and the Previous Carrier Payoff Form to promocredit@cspire.com within 90 days of purchase. Be sure to send these as soon as possible so you can get your credit. See “How It Works” above for the form download.
You’ll need to be with C Spire for at least 45 days to get your bill credit. You’ll see the bill credit start within 45-60 days of sending the Previous Carrier Payoff Form and the last bill from your old carrier to promocredit@cspire.com.
We’ll base your one-time bill credit on the device installment plan charges and early termination fees from your old carrier, with a maximum credit of $1,000 per line. Be sure to choose an eligible Unlimited plan to get your credit.
You’ll see the credit as an adjustment on the first and second pages of your bill. We’ll apply the one-time credit to your account, which will go toward your bills until the credit is used up.
You can get up to $1,000 per line to help you switch to any of our current Unlimited plans, including Connect Essentials, Plus, Premium & Elite. Prepaid plans aren’t eligible for this offer.

If submitting a Previous Carrier Payoff Application for both wireless and fiber services all required documents detailed above must be submitted within 90 days of installation or two weeks from the date listed on previous provider bill, whichever is later. Additional information may be required in C Spire’s sole discretion. New C Spire account must be current on payments to receive bill credit.
