How can I qualify for an extra $45 off my wireless plan?
When you bring your own device through C Spire Switch, you can get an additional $45 in bill credits when you activate on our 10GB, 30GB, 60GB or 90GB plans. Your line needs to remain active to receive credit. Canceling service or missing a payment will lose any future credits.
When will I see the extra $45 off my wireless plan?
You'll receive a $15 credit on your bill during months 2-4, totaling $45 off, after bringing your own device and activating on our 10GB, 30GB, 60GB or 90GB plans. Your line needs to be active for all four months to receive the full credit. Canceling service or missing a payment will lose any future credits.

Can I activate a smart watch with C Spire Switch?

Can I have more than one line on my C Spire account?
You can sign into cspire.com or click “Add Line” in the C Spire Switch app to add more lines. After that, you can activate your phone and start enjoying Unlimited talk, text and data on our nationwide 5G network.
How do I transfer my phone number to C Spire?
After you activate your phone, we'll assign you a new phone number. If you want to bring your number from another carrier instead, you'll just go into your account settings in the C Spire Switch app and select “Change Number." The app will walk you through the steps to bring your phone number to C Spire.
How do I unlock my phone from my previous carrier?
The process for unlocking a device can differ a lot from wireless company to wireless company. Find out how to unlock your phone from your old carrier.

Your prepaid service fee includes applicable federal, state, and local taxes and other assessments that C Spire is required by law to collect and remit to the applicable government authority.
