Here's what you need to know about the credit for postpaid plans:

Once I enroll in AutoPay and Paperless Billing, when will I start getting the AutoPay credit on my account?

On the day your payment is due, your account will be evaluated to confirm the following:
  • At least one person on your account is on an applicable plan
  • Your account is enrolled in AutoPay
  • Your account is enrolled in Paperless Billing
  • Your AutoPay draft was successful
If all of these things are true, the AutoPay Credit will be applied to your account and listed on that month's invoice.
Does every subscription on the account get the AutoPay Credit?

It depends on the plan. Most of our plans offer one AutoPay Credit per account, but the Real Deal Unlimited plan offers a monthly credit for each line on the plan. Remember, you need to have both AutoPay and Paperless Billing set up to receive the credit.
Does my AutoPay payment method affect my credit amount?

Yes, use a debit card or bank account to receive the full monthly credit amount. You'll receive half the monthly credit if you use a credit card.
What happens if the AutoPay draft is not successful?

You will be notified via the email address you’ve provided in your account profile that the AutoPay draft was not successful, and you will be required to pay your balance using another method.
Can I stop AutoPay and Paperless Billing?

Yes. You can stop AutoPay and Paperless Billing at any time, but you will not receive the AutoPay Credit if you aren't enrolled in both services.
Where on the bill will I see the credit?

Under the Current Month Account & Subscriber Charges, you will see the line item "AutoPay Credit."
What do I do if I have issues with my AutoPay?

Note: This AutoPay Credit offer is available for postpaid customers on an applicable plan enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless Billing. Customers will receive the bill credit upon a successful attempt to process the payment. Cancellation of the plan, AutoPay, or Paperless Billing will result in cancellation forfeiture of the credit. Limit one AutoPay Credit per account. Offer available for a limited time only.
