How to check if you have insurance on your device

Easily verify if your device has insurance/wireless protection, or if it's eligible to add it, by following the steps below.

Sign in to your online account. If you don't have an online account yet, register now.
After signing in to your C Spire account, select Warranty and Insurance.
See if any of your devices are eligible for insurance or if they already have it.
If eligible, see what insurance options are available for your device.
Review the terms and conditions for important coverage details.
Accept the agreement for adding device protection.
Receive a confirmation that device protection was added successfully.
Return to Warranty and Insurance to see that your device is enrolled in device protection. It can be removed here as well.
