All of the devices we sell come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Purchasing additional protection for your device extends your coverage and may also cover issues that the manufacturer's warranty doesn't.

Per-Incident Deductible iPhone:
  • $29 for screen or back glass* damage
    *Back glass repair available on iPhone 12 and newer models (excluding iPhone SE)

iPad:
  • $49 for any damage
  • $29 for damage to Apple Pencil or an Apple-branded iPad keyboard
Apple Watch:
  • $69 for any damage to Apple Watch or Apple Watch Nike
  • $79 for any damage to Apple Watch Ultra
iPhone:
  • $29 for screen damage (in store only)
  • $29 for back glass damage* (in store only)
    *Available on iPhone 12 and newer models (excluding iPhone SE)
  • $99 for any other damage
  • $150 - $399 for loss or theft depending on device cost
iPad:
  • $49 for any damage
  • $29 for damage to Apple Pencil or an Apple-branded iPad keyboard
Apple Watch:
What's Covered Unlimited incidents of:
  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Accidental damage
Coverage applies to the device, its battery, and included accessories. iPad coverage extends to Apple Pencil and Apple-branded iPad keyboard.
Up to 3 approved claims in a 12-month period, 2 of which may be for accidental damage from handling and 1 of which may be for loss or theft. Find My must be enabled on your device at the time of loss or theft.

Hardware malfunction claims do not count toward this limit. Up to a $2,000 value limit per claim.
Multiple incidents within a rolling 12-month period of:
  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Accidental damage (physical and liquid)
  • Malfunction after manufacturer's warranty
The number of replacements depends on the type of service: postpaid or prepaid.
