As the Account Holder, you can designate other people on your account as Authorized Users. An Authorized User can perform certain activities on the account, like upgrading a device, adding lines, picking up orders, changing plans, suspending and reactivating service, and processing warranty claims.
An Authorized User can only perform these activities via phone or in-store. Authorized User access is not available online.
