AutoPay Credit Update

Starting June 2, 2024, due to rising costs from third-party vendors, you will see a reduction in your AutoPay and Paperless Billing discount if using a credit card as your form of payment. Know that this isn't a decision we make lightly. We've been proud to offer this discount to you, but the rising cost of providing service has made it impossible to continue. With this change, you will continue to experience the best our wireless service has to offer, along with new innovations and ongoing enhancements to our network.
 
You will be able to view this change and any impact to your current discount starting with your June bill within your online account at cspire.com. You can change your form of payment online, should you choose, or by calling us at 833.711.1401.

*Postpaid plans also require enrollment in paperless billing to receive the AutoPay credit.
