Going forward, you’ll sign in at cspire.com or the My C Spire app for a detailed look at your bill. You can also make payments and account changes from there.

Once you sign in, double-check we have your current email address and edit it if needed. We’ll use that email address to let you know when your bills are ready.

Once you’re signed in, if you see the note “You’re signed in as a secondary user,” follow the instructions to change your profile to be the account’s primary user.

Why is C Spire moving to completely paperless billing?

To be totally honest, printing and mailing bills is expensive. We’d rather pass the savings on to you, from phone deals to plan discounts, and invest even more in enhancements to our nationwide 5G network. Secondly, it just makes sense to let you easily access your billing info whenever and wherever you want, with even more detail than we put on paper. Lastly, it's the right thing to do for the world around us. By ditching unnecessary printing, we’re helping to preserve the beautiful landscape of our communities. Because that’s Customer Inspired.

How does C Spire’s paperless billing benefit me?

We think the best wireless experience is one you never have to think about. With paperless billing, you can get a snapshot of your bill, make sure it’s what you expected, and make a secure payment in under a minute. You never have to worry about lost mail, finding receipts for tax records, or trying keep up with how many more payments are left on a device — it's all in one place for you.

And if you do want a closer look at your bill? Our online account management tools make that easy, too, letting you view transactions, usage records and other details. You can also manage your features, diagnose issues, check on support tickets, and more on cspire.com or the My C Spire app.

What if I still need a paper bill?

No problem. From your cspire.com account or the My C Spire app, you can review, download, and print up to 18 months of bill invoices. If you need to begin receiving a paper bill after Feb. 1, please click here and select "Postal Mail." If you're unable to register an online account for any reason, chat with one of our representatives.

When does this change go into effect?

We’re moving to paperless billing starting February 1, 2023, so you’ll receive any bill on or after November 1 digitally. For instance, if you get your bill on October 18, you’ll get your next bill via email on January 18, with a text message to remind you.

Without a paper bill, how will I know my payment is due?

We know life is busy, and it can be tough to keep up with everything. That’s why we make sure your bill is due on the same date every month. As a wireless company, you’ll also get a text message to let you know as soon as your bill is ready. Lastly and best of all, we make it easy to set up AutoPay so you don't even need to worry about remembering.

How can I make bill payments online?

We currently accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank draft, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with more third-party payment options coming soon. And you can feel confident knowing your payment details are stored securely, we never take more than what you're billed, no C Spire Team Member sees your complete payment information, and you can change or remove your saved payment method whenever you want.
