What parental controls are included for Apple devices?
With Connect & Protect, you get access to easy, guided setup for Family Sharing and Screen Time on your kid’s iPhone or Apple Watch. These features let you manage parental controls to restrict content, turn off downloads, block apps, limit screen time, track locations, and more. What parental controls are included for Android devices?
With Connect & Protect, you can get free Bark Jr. parental controls for Android devices on request. The Bark Jr. plan lets you set up and manage parental controls to limit screen time, block websites and apps, and get location alerts. See our easy Bark parental controls setup guide.
What if I don’t want all the recommended parental control settings?
Your kid’s device does not have parental controls not turned on by default, so they’ll only be active if you choose to set them up. Our recommendations are adjustments you can make to provide a locked-down device experience, restricting access to the internet, social media and adult content. However, Connect & Protect is all about giving you the power to choose what’s best for your kids. Our easy-to-use setup guides can still be a big help in navigating their device’s parental controls.
