  • To turn on Wi-Fi Calling:
    Instructions will differ by manufacturer. The instructions below are for a Samsung Galaxy. If they are not applicable for your device, you can access the search function for your device and search for "Wi-Fi Calling."
    • Go to the Settings menu
    • Tap Connections
    • Toggle Wi-Fi Calling on
    • Accept the Wi-Fi Calling terms and conditions
    • Add an emergency address to your account
