How to find your account number using the My C Spire app

Easily find your account number with the C Spire app by following the steps below:

Open the My C Spire app on your device and sign in.

If you have linked your Wireless and Fiber accounts, tap View Account below your wireless account balance.

In your Wireless account, tap View full bill details.

A PDF version of your bill will open. You'll find the account number in the upper right corner of your statement.
