Pay your bill by phone, by mail or in person

PAYING BY PHONE

There are three ways you can pay your bill by phone:

• From your C Spire phone, dial #PAY (#729) to hear your balance and pay your bill using the automated system. Using #PAY bypasses many of the automated prompts to get you to the payment menu.
• Call us at 1-855-CSPIRE5 (277-4735).
• From your C Spire phone, dial 611.

Over the phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, C Spire gift cards, and electronic checks. PAYING BY MAIL Mail your check along with the remittance stub provided with your bill to:

PAYING AT A STORE You can pay your bill in person at any of our retail locations. There are convenient payment kiosks where you can pay with:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)

Note: For prepaid customers, there is a $5.00 fee to make a payment at an in-store kiosk, and checks are not accepted.
