How to add more data - Data Pass, Speed Pass or Top Up Pass

If you run out of data during the month, you can add more with a Data Pass, Speed Pass or Top Up Pass. These passes provide additional data when you need it, and you can purchase a Pass directly from your device.

Note: To help you manage your data, you'll receive a text when you've used all of your monthly included data.

Remember, you can always use Wi-Fi for data access until your included data resets. But if you need to buy a Pass, follow the steps below:

If you're currently using Wi-Fi, turn it off to access the C Spire network.

Open a browser on your device, and then navigate to datapass.cspire.com.

Scroll down the screen until you get to the “Need More Data?” section. There you’ll see the date when your plan’s included data resets along with the Passes that are available for your plan.

Tap on a Pass to see for how long the additional data will be available.

Select the Pass that you would like to buy and tap CONTINUE.

At the Review screen, you’ll be able to see the Pass you’re purchasing and the cost. Clicking SUBMIT will complete the purchase and the charge will be billed to your account.

If you're on a prepaid plan, we will confirm that you have funds available to purchase the Pass. If you don't, we'll provide a link with the methods you can use to add funds to your account.

The final screen is a confirmation message showing you that the Pass purchase was successful and that your additional data will be available for use momentarily.
