If you can't buy a Pass:
- Confirm that you've used all of the high-speed data included in your plan.
- You may see the message "webpage not available" when trying to buy a pass. Make sure you've turned off your Wi-Fi (from the Settings menu) and are connected to the C Spire network. If you still can't connect, turn your device off, then back on and try again.
- If you're on a prepaid plan, confirm that you have available funds on your account to make the purchase. You can dial #PAY (that's #729) to make a payment for the amount of the pass prior to purchasing it.
