The primary account holder (usually the person who pays the bill) can view usage information for each line on the account. Access the Usage tab on your account Dashboard and scroll down to Usage By Subscriber.
Choose the appropriate mobile number from the drop-down menu and then select to view Data Details, Call Details or Text Details. The information in each section is available for the current billing cycle and the four previous billing cycles.

A log of calls, messaging or data usage that is no longer available in your online account can be requested in person at a C Spire store. Please bring a valid ID to verify your identity as the account holder when requesting this information.
The following information is available for $20 per number, per month for the first month and $12 for each additional month:
- Incoming and outgoing calls – previous 18 months
- Text and multimedia messages – previous 18 months
- Data usage – previous 3 months
