How to pay your bill using the My C Spire app

If you have linked your Wireless and Home accounts, tap View Account below the balance of the appropriate service.

Tap Pay My Bill.

If you want to pay the full amount due on your invoice, ensure that the Pay full amount checkbox is selected. If you want to pay any other amount, un-check the Pay full amount checkbox and then enter the amount you want to pay.

If you have a saved payment method, you can use that, or tap Add a new payment method to pay with a different method.

If adding a new payment method, tap your preferred option, Credit or Debit Card, Bank Account, or Gift Card and then enter the corresponding information. Tap Use This Method when done.

Tap Submit Payment when ready, then follow the instructions on screen to complete your payment.
