How to add or remove your C Spire add-ons

Customize your C Spire wireless service to better serve your needs with our great selection of add-ons and must-have features. Add, remove, and manage select plan and account related features by following the steps below.

Note: For the best experience, perform the steps below on a computer.

To start, sign in to the C Spire My Account service.

If you don't have an online account yet, learn how to register for a My Account profile.

Scroll down to the line that you want to manage features for and click Show Details (if necessary). Then click Add/Change Features if you have the option.

The Add-ons and features that are included in your plan will be listed at the top. Scroll down to view the list of features you can add and/or remove.

Note: Depending on your account and plan details, only select features can be added or removed.

Click Remove to remove a feature, or click Select Feature to add it. A confirmation message will appear when you add features.

Continue adding or removing features, then when you are ready to apply them, click Continue.

Review the changes you've made to your add-ons, including any billing changes, then click Save Features to apply the changes. You will receive a message confirming your changes.
