Craig Jackson

Craig Jackson joined C Spire in 2008 and has excelled in various roles, including leading customer operations, wireless sales, and customer experience. Now the executive vice president of C Spire's Wireless Business Unit, he oversees all aspects of wireless services. Formerly, he oversaw both wireless and home fiber services as the senior vice president and general manager of consumer markets. Jackson's customer-focused, results-driven strategy has expanded C Spire's wireless channels, government and business verticals, and customer operations.

Jackson and his team have won national awards for innovative technology solutions, including a first-place award from Service Quality Management (SQM) for best practices and improvements in real-time support processes. He has more than 25 years of experience developing strategy and identifying creative ideas while yielding desired results.

Jackson earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Jackson State University. He is a native of Natchez, Mississippi, and now lives in the Madison, Mississippi, area. Along with his duties at C Spire, Jackson has served his community as a board member for Goodwill Industries of Mississippi and Canopy Children’s Solutions.
