Which wireless plans qualify for a multi-line discount?
You can get a multi-line discount on our Connect Essentials, Connect Plus, Connect Premium or Connect Elite plans. All lines will need to be on the same plan to get the maximum discount.
How many phones lines can have the multi-line discount?
You can get a multi-line discount on as many as six phone lines with one wireless account. All lines will need to be on the same plan to get the maximum discount: Connect Essentials, Connect Plus, Connect Premium or Connect Elite. If you need more than six lines, just contact our support team for help.
How much can I save with C Spire’s AutoPay discount?
You’ll save up to $10/mo on each line when you set up AutoPay on a bank account or debit card. Just sign in at cspire.com or in the My C Spire app to get started.
Does C Spire offer a price guarantee?
Our Connect Essentials, Connect Plus, Connect Premium and Connect Elite plans all include a 5-Year Price Lock. That means the price you pay now will stay the same for five years guaranteed, as long as you keep your service active.
Can I get a discount if I have C Spire wireless and fiber home internet?
Absolutely. You can get $20/mo off our Connect Essentials, Connect Plus, Connect Premium and Connect Elite wireless plans when you bundle with C Spire Fiber home internet.
What happens if I use all the high-speed data on my phone plan?
Once you've used approximately 90% of your included high-speed data in a month, you’ll get a text message asking if you want to buy a high-speed data pass. If you choose not to buy a data pass, C Spire Connect family plans still give you Unlimited basic data with enhanced speeds for everyday activities like social media, shopping, email and streaming audio.
When can I upgrade my phone or buy a new one?
To upgrade your device, you’ll need to make sure there’s no past-due balance on your C Spire account. If you have payments left on your current device, you can still upgrade, but the remaining balance will be added to your bill when you buy your new device. You can see how much you currently owe on the Devices tab in the My C Spire app or at cspire.com. Find out more about the upgrade process.
Can I see how much high-speed data I use or have left?
You can sign into the My C Spire app or cspire.com to easily track how much high-speed data you've used and how much you have left in real time. If you’ve already used all your high-speed data, you can also purchase a high-speed data pass any time to top up your speed for the month.
Will my data speed be slowed down, or will I be charged overages?
While most C Spire wireless customers never experience slowdowns, you may see slower data speeds if you go over the amount of high-speed data on your plan in a month. The good news? You won’t ever be charged overage fees, no matter how much data you use. We also make it easy to purchase a high-speed data pass to top up your speed that month.
