How to activate your new C Spire phone

What you'll need to activate your device:
  • Reliable WiFi,
  • Another device to get online,
  • The activation information that came in the box with your new phone, and
  • Your new phone.
Getting started
  1. On another device, go to cspire.com/activate.
  2. Enter your order number, the mobile number of your new device, and the last four digits of the account holder's SSN, Tax ID or prepaid account PIN.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to activate your phone.
  4. When prompted, power on and set up your new phone. Then, connect it to WiFi.
NOTE: Do not insert your old device's physical SIM card into your new device. Doing so may cause service and experience issues. If your phone does not support eSIM or your phone does not have an available eSIM, then a physical SIM card will be shipped to you. How will you know when your device is activated? There are a few ways to know that your phone is ready to use:
  • With WiFi turned off, check the top right corner of your phone's display. If you see LTE or 5G, your service is active or will be active within five minutes.
  • You will receive a message on screen that reads something like "UICC Activation Successful." The exact content of the message may vary by device.
  • Wait five minutes after completing activation of your phone and then make a test call.
