How to view and get copies of your previous bills online

To view previous bills, please follow the steps below. You can find bills that are up to 18 months old. This means that you can view and print copies of the last 18 bills and see the dates, amounts, and types of payments made on your account. If you want to keep bills more than 18 months old, simply download and print or save your bill each month.

Click Billing from the side navigation.

In the Bill & Payment History section, click the drop-down arrow and select Billing History.

You'll see your billing history for the five most recent billing periods. Click the View|Download link next to the billing period you want to view to access a PDF copy of your bill. Click More Billing History to see your billing history for all available billing periods.

Note: Your billing and payment histories are populated as soon as you register to manage your account online.
