How to update your C Spire My Account profile online

Choose Account Settings from your Dashboard.

Once in the Account Settings section, you'll see your contact information, username and password. If you're registered as the primary user, you'll also see your account security questions, saved payment method, and AutoPay and Paperless Billing status. If you need to make a change to the information in any of these sections, simply click the Edit or Add buttons.

The rest of this article is for Wireless customers. If you're not registered as the primary user for your account, you'll see the message below when you access your account settings. As a secondary user, you can view the details of your line, but you cannot access the bill, make changes to your line or see information for other users on your account.

If there isn't a primary user for your account, you'll see the Manage your C Spire Account section in your Account Settings. Click Edit to register for primary access. This will allow you to view and pay the bill, and make changes to all lines on your account.

Enter the last four digits of the SSN of the person who originally set up Wireless service and complete the three security questions that will be used to verify your identity, should it ever become necessary.

When you see the message that "your profile is now linked to your C Spire account," you're now set up to manage your account as the primary user. Sign off and back in to see the changes reflected on your account Dashboard.
