How to check when your mobile phone agreement ends

If you have a Device Payment Plan or a Promotional Offer Contract on your device, you can find out when it ends by viewing the Line Details for your device in your online account.

To start, sign in to your online account. If you haven’t registered for your online account, you can do so using the sign-in link.

At your account Dashboard, scroll down to your My Devices section. There, you’ll see the agreement status for each device on your account: either No Contract or the number of payments/months remaining.

To see even more information about a device on your account, click on Devices from the side navigation and tap on View Line Details for the device you want to view.

Here, you’ll see the agreement status of the device, which in this case includes the number of payments left until the device is no longer under an agreement and the remaining balance. This view also provides links for changing your features, making an additional payment on the device, suspending the device if it becomes lost or stolen, and more.

All of this information is also available in the My C Spire app by signing in to your account and viewing the line details for the devices on your account.
