Buy a phone or bring your own to Prepaid by C Spire.
Choose the perfect prepaid plan for you.
After your first day, select a new payment date if you want - any date between the 1st and 27th of each month.
CURRENT CUSTOMERS
Sign in to your C Spire online account.
Tap "Change Date” under the Payment section and pick any date between the 1st and 27th of each month.
Pay the difference between your current date and the new one you picked. Then, start paying on your new date each month. Easy as that.

How is paying with Prepaid by C Spire different from other carriers?
Is there a fee to change my payment date?
Nope, you won’t be charged a fee to change the payment date. You’ll just pay the difference for whichever days are left between your previous payment date and the new payment date you select.
Is this only available for certain Prepaid by C Spire plans?
You can pick when you pay on any Prepaid by C Spire plan going forward.
What will my payment date be if I don’t select a date?
Your most recent payment date will become your regular renewal date unless you change it. For new Prepaid by C Spire customers, your payment date will be the same as the day you sign up. If you activate between the 28th and the 31st of a month, your payment will be the 1st of the month going forward.
Can I pick any day of the month as my payment date?
You'll just choose a date between the 1st and 27th of the month. If your activation or renewal date falls between the 28th and the 31st of a month, your payment date will be the 1st of the month going forward. Any days between your original activation or renewal date and the first of the month are on us.
Can I change my payment date as many times as I want?
Yep. You can change you payment date as many times as you need, but you’ll have to complete at least one payment on the new date before changing it again.
How do I turn back on service with this new payment plan?
We made that easier than ever, too. You’ll just pay a prorated amount to turn your phone service back on. This is calculated based on how many days are left between when you pay and when your next payment date is scheduled.
