Does the multi-month plan get exclusive phone deals?
With our 12 Month Unlimited, you can access to our best prepaid deals, like a renewed iPhone 13 for only $60, a free Samsung Galaxy A17 5G or a free TCL 50 XL NXTPAPER 5G. These deals aren’t available on our 3 Month and 6 Month Unlimited plans.
How do I add more data to my phone plan if I need it?
Data passes are available for purchase but can’t be paid for with your reserved monthly service balance. Data passes need to be bought using a credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
Do I need to buy a new phone to get the multi-month plan deal?
Nope. You’re welcome to bring your phone from another carrier and purchase a multi-month plan for it. If you do want a new phone, though, you can get our best deals on the 12 Month Unlimited plan.
How does wireless protection work with the multi-month plans?
Prepaid wireless protection is the best way to make sure your phone is covered against theft, loss malfunction and accidental damage. Wireless protection charges will pull from your reserved monthly service balance automatically. Be sure to add funds to cover these charges and watch for notifications of insufficient funds to avoid losing service.
What if I want to change plans before my prepaid months end?
If you want to change plans, any remaining balance from your multi-month payment will stay on your account. Charges made to your account will then draw from the available balance until it’s used up. Note that other plans cost more than our multi-month Unlimited options, so your account balance will no longer cover the amount of months you initially paid for.
Can I get a refund if I cancel before my prepaid months end?
We aren’t able to refund balances on prepaid service. If you have questions, chat with us online or call our support team.
