What are C Spire Lifecycle Messaging Alerts?
C Spire Lifecycle Messaging Alerts allow customers to receive text message notifications related to their account, such as payment reminders, account status changes, and other ongoing account lifecycle updates.
Is it free?
C Spire does not charge a fee for these alerts. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless service plan. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
How many messages should I expect to receive?
Message frequency will vary depending on your account activity and status. You may receive recurring text messages as necessary to support your account lifecycle.
Opt-Out and Help
What if I don’t want to receive any further notification messages?
You may opt out of receiving Account Messaging Alerts at any time by texting STOP to 53107. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive Account Messaging Alerts from C Spire unless you opt in again by performing an account-related function such as password or username recovery, multi-factor authentication, or other one-time account activities.
