C Spire Customer Referrer (“Referrer”) may be assigned a unique referral link by C Spire (the “URL”) to refer C Spire Referee(s) within a certain geographic area as defined in C Spire’s sole discretion. Referrer will receive a $35 Amazon Gift Card (“Gift Card”) for each unique new order and/or activation of C Spire Service using the URL referral link provided by the Referrer. Referee will receive a $35 Amazon Gift Card (“Gift Card”) for activation of C Spire Service using the URL referral link provided by the Referrer. Limit ten (10) unique referrals per calendar year. Gift Card will be sent to email address specified by Referrer following Referee activation of C Spire Service for at least fifty (50) days or other referral validation in C Spire’s sole discretion. If Referrer or Referee disconnects Service before Gift Card is eligible to be issued, Gift Card is void. Referrer/Referee cannot create multiple or otherwise fictitious accounts or engage in other fraudulent or dishonest activity with respect to the referral program, in C Spire’s sole discretion. Gift Card is not a substitution for cash and is not refundable or transferable to another C Spire billing statement.
