Why do you need the last bill from my old internet and wireless carrier?

For switching to C Spire, you’ll get up to $1,000 per wireless line and up to $1,000 for home internet to help pay back phone payment plan charges and early termination fees from your old provider. We’ll get a list of these charges from the last bill they send you, as well as your account name and home address for verification.

When should I send the last bill from my old internet and wireless carrier?

Email promocredit@cspire.com the last bill or bills from your old wireless and home internet provider, along with our Previous Carrier Payoff Form, within 90 days of fiber installation or two weeks from the date on your last bill, whichever is later. Be sure to send these as soon as possible so you can get your credit faster. See “How It Works” above to download the form.

Will I lose my bill credit if I leave C Spire?

You’ll need to be with C Spire for at least 45 days to get your bill credit. You’ll see the bill credit applied within 45 to 60 days of emailing promocredit@cspire.com with your Previous Carrier Payoff Form and the last bill from your old home internet and wireless provider.

How much credit can I get for switching to C Spire?

Your one-time bill credit will be based on cancellation fees from your old home internet provider up to a maximum $1,000, as well as phone payment plan charges and early termination fees from your old wireless carrier up to a maximum of $1,000 per line.

What will the credit for switching to C Spire look like on my bill?

We’ll apply the one-time credit to your account balance, which will go toward your bills until the credit is used up. You’ll also see the credit listed as an adjustment on the first and second pages of your bill.

When can I expect my credit for switching to C Spire?

Your one-time bill credit for switching to C Spire will be applied to your account within 45 to 60 days of sending your Previous Carrier Payoff Form and the last bill from both your old wireless and home internet provider to promocredit@cspire.com. Go to the “How It Works” section to get the form.

Will you disconnect my old wireless service when I switch?

C Spire will disconnect your old wireless service automatically when we move your phone numbers to our network. You’ll still need to contact your current home internet provider directly to cancel service after your C Spire Fiber is installed. This ensures you won’t have any service interruptions during the transition.

How many lines on my account can get the credit for switching?

You can get the up to $1,000 bill credit for as many wireless phone lines as you need.

Is my device eligible for the switch credit?

The up to $2,000 bill credit for switching home internet and wireless is based on cancellation fees and phone payment plans for phones. Watches, tablets, data cards and home internet equipment charges aren't eligible for this offer.

Complete documentation of customer’s balance due on device installment plan with prior carrier must be submitted within 90 days of new activation. If submitting a Previous Carrier Payoff Application for both wireless and fiber services all required documents detailed above must be submitted within 90 days of installation or two weeks from the date listed on previous provider bill, whichever is later. Additional information may be required in C Spire’s sole discretion. New C Spire account must be current on payments to receive bill credit. Offer void if C Spire service canceled prior to issuance of credit, or for any reason in C Spire's sole discretion. Not transferable; not redeemable for cash. Other restrictions may apply.
