What are C Spire Account Messaging Alerts?
C Spire Account Messaging Alerts allow customers to receive text message notifications to support account management functions such as password and username recovery, multi-factor authentication, etc.

Messages and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
How many messages should I expect to receive?
You will receive 1 message per query.
What if I don’t want to receive any further notification messages?
Text STOP to 57008 to cancel the Account Messaging Alerts. After doing so, you may receive an opt-out confirmation. Then you will no longer receive any texts from C Spire unless you opt-in again by requesting password/username recovery, MFA, or another one-time account function.
What if I want more info?
Text HELP to 57008 for more information or contact C Spire at 1-855-CSPIRE5.
COMMANDS

HELP: At any time, you can text HELP to 57008. Texting HELP will return the following message: “C Spire: For additional support please contact 855CSPIRE5”
