Do I need C Spire Smart WiFi to access parental controls?
As a C Spire Fiber customer, do I have to get C Spire Smart WiFi?
Not at all. If you’re a C Spire Fiber customer and want to purchase and manage your own WiFi system, you absolutely can do that. Just remember to have your WiFi system on hand at the time of installation if you’d like us to set it up for you. However, choosing C Spire Smart WiFi does mean we can deliver the best support experience for you, compared to buying your own router that you have to manage, maintain, and replace down the line.
What’s included with a C Spire Smart WiFi subscription?
A C Spire Smart WiFi subscription includes two Smart WiFi devices and access to all the features included with HomePass by Plume®, including parental controls, adaptive WiFi, ad blocking, motion detection, IoT threat monitoring, and more.
