Understanding Directory Assistance charges

Calls to Directory Assistance are not included in your plan. Each call to 411 Directory Assistance results in a charge. The charge for a Directory Assistance call differs by plan type:

Postpaid Plans - $1.39 per Directory Assistance call - The charge for each call made is applied to your account.
Prepaid Plans - $1.60 per Directory Assistance call - The charge for each call made is deducted from your account balance.
