Tracking Support Issues in Your Online Account

We hope you'll never have an issue with your C Spire service but if you do, we provide several ways for you to contact our Support team. If we aren’t able to resolve your issue during the first contact, we will enter a support ticket, which you can track through your online account.
Please note that only a C Spire representative can enter a support ticket. Once a ticket is entered, you can view and comment on it in the Support Tickets section of your online account.
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Select Support Tickets from the side navigation of your account Dashboard.
  • Click on the ticket number to view a summary of the issue and read comments from the representative working your case. You can also add your own comments here or provide more information on your issue.
  • Set up your Alert Preferences to choose how you will be notified when your ticket is updated. You can be notified by email or text message, and you can choose whether you want to be notified when comments are added or only when the ticket status changes.
Open tickets are displayed by default. To view closed tickets, choose View All Tickets.
