Stop your AutoPay service

Your C Spire AutoPay service can be canceled as easily as it can be set up. Follow the steps below to stop automatic bill payments. The screenshots in this article are from the desktop version of our website.

Scroll down your account dashboard until you see the AutoPay & Paperless Billing section. Click STOP AUTOPAY. If you're on the C Spire app, view your account and scroll down until you see the "Thank you for using AutoPay" section (below your account balance). Tap the section, then tap CANCEL AUTOPAY.

Confirm that you want to stop or cancel your automatic payments.

Once your AutoPay service has been stopped, you will receive a confirmation message.

Please note that automatic payments for Wireless and Home must be canceled separately. Simply go to your account overview for each service to cancel AutoPay. Depending on your monthly bill cycle, it's possible that one more automatic payment may be applied before the service can be stopped.
