How to upgrade your device
You can upgrade your device at any time, but if you are upgrading while the agreement for your current device is still in effect, a fee may be applied in the cart.
To upgrade through your online account, follow the steps below:
1To start,
sign in to your online account.
2Scroll down to the My Devices section, locate the device you want to upgrade, and tap Upgrade Now.
3Scroll through the available devices and select the device you want. Now, you'll be able to choose your device color and storage combinations and see how much the monthly Device Payment Plan price will be for this device. To see the next device, use the arrow keys
4Once you choose a device, tap Upgrade Device.
5If you want to trade in your existing device, complete the trade-in checklist.
6You'll be asked to review your order. Once you're done, click Continue, then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the upgrade.
