New Customers
- Add the plan to your cart.
- You'll now be guided through the process of choosing your device, device protection, accessories and features.
- After adding these, you can choose to check out or add another line. If you add more lines, you'll start the process over but you'll select your device first.
- Sign in to your online account to change your plan or add a new line.
- Click Plans/Features from the side navigation, then click Change Plan for the appropriate mobile number. Select your new plan and follow the on-screen prompts to check out.
- If you're adding a new line, click Upgrade/Add A Line from the side navigation and then click Add A Line. You'll start the process by selecting the device. Follow the on-screen prompts through checkout.
