How to shop for plans on C Spire

To choose your plan or change your plan, follow the steps below.
Go to our Plans page to see the available options. This will give you the full "bells and whistles" view of our plans. If you prefer to read the plan points in a bulleted list, check out our postpaid plan descriptions and prepaid plan descriptions.
 
See a plan you like? Let's get started.
 
New Customers
  • Add the plan to your cart.
  • You'll now be guided through the process of choosing your device, device protection, accessories and features.
  • After adding these, you can choose to check out or add another line. If you add more lines, you'll start the process over but you'll select your device first.
Current Customers
  • Sign in to your online account to change your plan or add a new line.
  • Click Plans/Features from the side navigation, then click Change Plan for the appropriate mobile number. Select your new plan and follow the on-screen prompts to check out.
  • If you're adding a new line, click Upgrade/Add A Line from the side navigation and then click Add A Line. You'll start the process by selecting the device. Follow the on-screen prompts through checkout.
