How to manage Emergency Alert settings on your iPhone
The Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) system can notify you of natural disasters, missing persons, and presidential messages.
These alerts are enabled by default on your device. You can enable or disable some of these alerts by following the steps below.
1From the home screen, go to Settings > Notifications, then scroll down to Government Alerts.
2Enable or disable any of the alert types.
Note: Not all alert types can be managed.
