Each device has its own PUK. The PUKs for all devices on an account are available to the account holder by signing in to cspire.com. Your online account must already be "CPNI-verified," which means that you're able to view your billing and usage details. Only the account holder or primary on the account can view PUKs.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Account Settings from the side navigation.
- Scroll down to the PIN Unlocking Key (PUK) section.
- Select to view the PUK for the desired mobile number.
- On your device, enter the requested PUK.
