How to check your voice, text and data usage

Keep up with your voice, text and data usage through your online account. To check your usage, follow the steps below:

Click Usage from the side navigation.

A - Select the mobile number for which you want to view usage.
B - Select the billing cycle for the usage you want to view. Usage details are provided for the current billing cycle and the four most recent cycles.
C - Select the type of usage you want to view: data, calls or text messages.

The type of usage you select to view will open below. Click Show More Details to see the usage for the rest of the selected billing cycle.

Data usage details provide the date, time, size and cost of each data session.
Call details provide the date, time, incoming or outgoing number, duration and cost of each call.
Text message details provide the date, time, incoming or outgoing number, type and cost of each message. We do not provide the content of text messages.
