How to suspend your wireless service online if your phone is lost or stolen

First, try to locate your device using the services available for your operating system like Find My for iOS devices and Google Play Protect for Android devices. If you don't find it right away, you can temporarily suspend the C Spire service on your device to prevent unauthorized charges or misuse. We'll show you how to suspend and then restore your service below.

Note: Suspending a line will only stop the service, not the billing. To stop billing, you must disconnect the line.

To start, sign in to your online account. If you haven't registered for your online account, you can do so using the sign-in link.

Select Devices from the side navigation.

In the Devices section, find the line you want to suspend and click View More to see additional options.

Find the device you want to suspend and click View More.

With the additional options expanded, click the Suspend this Line link.

Click Suspend this Line to pause your service.

Confirm that you want to suspend service on this device or cancel the request. Here, you'll be reminded that suspending this line only stops the service, not the billing.

After suspending your service, you'll see the Voluntarily Suspended indicator next to the line along with an option to restore service. Remember, the line is still active but service has been suspended. When you're ready to turn your serivce back on for that device, click Restore Line, then confirm your choice.

You've successfully suspended the service on your device. Click Restore Line to turn your service back on.
