How to find the dates of your billing cycle and when your monthly data resets

From your account Dashboard, click the View Bill Details link. A PDF of your current bill will open in a new browser tab. Look in the top right corner of your bill to see the Billing Period. These are the dates your billing cycle begins and ends. In this example, the billing cycle begins on the 23rd of the month and ends on the 22nd of the next month. This means that the first day of a billing cycle and the day that the monthly data resets for all lines on this account will be on the 23rd of each month. This is only an example, please view your bill to see the billing cycle dates for your own account.

To see it another way, scroll down your Dashboard to the Data Usage by Plan section. Click View Usage Details. Here, you can view your data usage by billing cycle. The default view is your current billing cycle, which, in this example, begins on the 23rd of the month. By clicking the drop-down arrow, you can view your usage for the four most recent billing cycles – all beginning on the same day of the month. That’s the date your monthly data resets. This is only an example, please view your usage to see the data rest date for your own account.
