How to find the dates of your billing cycle and when your monthly data resets

The start date of your billing cycle is also when your monthly data reset occurs, and it will remain the same each month. You can find this date on your paper bill, on your bill PDF, and in your online account.

In the example below, the billing cycle began on December 19, which means that the billing cycle for this account begins on the 19th of each month. The data included in this customer's plan will be reset on the 19th of each month too. Refer to your own account information for your billing cycle dates.

On the first page of your paper bill and bill PDF, the billing period is displayed in the top-right corner. "December 19" means that your billing period begins on the 19th of each month. The data for this account resets on the 19th as well. Billing periods that begin on the 30th or 31st of each month will always be the last day of the current month.

Find the dates of your billing cycle in the top-right corner of the first page of your bill.

Sign in to find this information in your online account. Your billing cycle dates are listed on your account dashboard above your Total Amount Due. To view a PDF of your current bill, click View Bill Details.

Your billing cycle dates are available on the dashboard of your online account, in the Pay Bill section.

To see it another way, scroll down your account dashboard to the Data Usage section and look at the data used for one of the lines on your account. There you'll see a counter for the number of days left in the current billing cycle. In this example, it's five days. Meaning there are five days left in the current billing cycle and your data will reset after five days.

You can also track the number of days until your data resets by looking in the Data Usage section for the number of days left in your billing cycle.
