How do I enroll in Prepaid AutoPay?

Enjoy the convenience of knowing that your Prepaid bill will be paid automatically each month with AutoPay. Payments will be charged to your credit or debit card once every 30 days. You can set up AutoPay in your online account at cspire.com or by using the My C Spire app.

After starting the AutoPay enrollment process, enter the email address you want to use for AutoPay communication.

Enter the credit or debit card information you would like to use to add funds to your account. If you have a card saved to your account already, you’ll be able to select it here.

Go through the next few steps to enter your card CVV and accept the AutoPay terms and conditions. Then, confirm the card and email address for your AutoPay service.

Once enrolled, you'll see your AutoPay status and next draft date in the Add Funds section.

Instead of using your online account, you can set up AutoPay by signing in to or downloading the My C Spire app. Select the mobile number you want to enroll in AutoPay and tap "AutoPay or Pay By Text."

Select "AutoPay" as your preferred payment option, enter your payment information and tap "SUBMIT." When your setup of AutoPay on the app is complete, you'll receive a confirmation message.

Remember, you can update or cancel AutoPay at any time by editing your information at cspire.com or the My C Spire app.
